Plan Your Stadium Parking Before Game Day
Miami has several major sports venues. However, each one has different parking rules, entrances, and transportation choices.
This guide explains parking at Hard Rock Stadium, Nu Stadium, loanDepot park, and Kaseya Center. In addition, it covers prepaid passes, transit alternatives, accessibility, and postgame pickup.
VENUES
Miami Stadium Parking: Quick Answer
First, check the venue on your event ticket. Miami’s major stadiums are in different neighborhoods. Therefore, they do not share one parking system.
For Dolphins games, arrange parking before arriving at Hard Rock Stadium. Meanwhile, Inter Miami fans must purchase a parking pass in advance for Nu Stadium.
Marlins fans should use official prepaid parking channels. In addition, they must activate their parking session with the correct license plate. Finally, Kaseya Center visitors should compare downtown parking with public transportation.
Hard Rock Stadium
Check your parking pass, event rules, and assigned entrance before leaving.
Nu Stadium
General single-match parking is currently offered in the Yellow Lot.
loanDepot park
Use official Marlins parking and activate your license plate.
Kaseya Center
Reserve a suitable downtown garage or use Metrorail and Metromover.
Compare Parking at Four Miami Sports Venues
Parking prices depend on the event and selected facility. As a result, one fixed daily price would not be accurate for every game or concert.
Instead, compare the booking process. Also, check whether a parking pass guarantees a space or simply gives access to available parking.
| Venue | Parking | Key Rule |
|---|---|---|
| Hard Rock Stadium | Stadium and event-designated lots | Check advance parking and assigned routes. |
| Nu Stadium | Yellow, Red, Audi Black and accessible areas | On-site parking requires advance purchase. |
| loanDepot park | Four garages and six surface lots | Activate parking using your license plate. |
| Kaseya Center | Downtown garages and transit | Compare event parking with rail alternatives. |
Hard Rock Stadium Parking for Dolphins Games
Hard Rock Stadium is in Miami Gardens. It hosts the Miami Dolphins and other major sporting events. However, parking arrangements may change by event.
The Dolphins state that parking gates open four hours before kickoff. Therefore, arriving early provides more time to reach the assigned lot.
More importantly, the team’s game-day instructions say parking cannot be purchased on-site. As a result, fans should secure the appropriate pass before driving to the stadium.
Hard Rock Stadium Parking Entrances and Traffic
Traffic near the stadium can change before and after large events. Therefore, follow the route supplied with your parking pass.
For example, a particular lot may require a different road or gate from the one you used previously. In addition, police may redirect vehicles during busy periods.
Save the lot name before leaving home. Then, follow current signs and staff instructions rather than taking an unapproved shortcut.
What About Other Hard Rock Stadium Events?
Concerts and special events may use different parking arrangements. Therefore, check the specific event page instead of assuming Dolphins rules apply to everything.
Miami Hurricanes Football Parking Options
Miami Hurricanes football also uses Hard Rock Stadium. However, its parking products can differ from those sold for Dolphins games.
For example, the Hurricanes’ 2026 football parking program advertises HRS Express options. These may include off-site parking with a shuttle to the stadium.
Therefore, compare the latest official offer before buying. In addition, confirm the shuttle departure point and return service.
See the Miami Hurricanes football parking page .
Hard Rock Stadium Accessible Parking
Accessible parking is available in designated stadium areas. However, the required pass and documentation may depend on the event.
Therefore, review the official accessibility information before purchasing parking. In addition, confirm the correct route to your assigned entrance.
For current instructions, visit the Miami Dolphins game-day guide .
Nu Stadium Parking for Inter Miami Matches
Inter Miami plays at Nu Stadium in Miami Freedom Park. Therefore, older directions for Chase Stadium should not be used for current Nu Stadium home matches.
Most importantly, the club requires advance purchase for on-site parking. The official parking page also warns that passes may sell out.
As a result, fans should book before matchday. On-site purchases are not available under the current policy.
Nu Stadium Parking Lots Explained
The stadium uses several parking categories. However, general single-match parking and premium parking are different products.
Yellow Lot
This is the current general single-match parking option.
Red Lot
This lot serves eligible premium parking holders.
Audi Black Lot
This area serves certain suite parking packages.
The club currently lists Yellow as the available single-match parking product. Therefore, do not assume Red or Audi Black passes are sold to general fans.
Nu Stadium Parking Hours and Driving Routes
The club’s general FAQ says parking lots open three hours before kickoff. However, a specific match may publish additional instructions.
Yellow Lot drivers may be directed through routes around NW 37th Avenue or NW 14th Street. Therefore, follow the route linked to your purchased pass.
In addition, neighborhood access may be restricted during matches. Avoid using residential streets as shortcuts.

Nu Stadium Transit and Accessible Parking
Driving is not the only option for an Inter Miami match. Instead, compare the club’s published public transportation choices before purchasing parking.
Nu Stadium also provides designated accessible parking areas. However, accessible locations are subject to availability and assigned-lot instructions.
Therefore, check the club’s official parking page for current requirements.
loanDepot park Parking for Miami Marlins Games
loanDepot park has four surrounding parking garages and six surface lots. However, its parking system works differently from a traditional pay-at-entry gate.
Vehicles use a license plate-based parking system. Therefore, drivers are not normally validated through a parking-pass scan at entry.
Instead, drivers enter an available facility as directed by parking staff. Then, they park in an appropriate space.
How to Activate Marlins Prepaid Parking
Purchasing an official prepaid pass is only the first part of the process. In addition, fans must activate their parking session on game day.
1. Open the MLB Ballpark App
Sign in using the email associated with your parking purchase.
2. Select the Marlins Page
Next, locate the official Activate Parking option.
3. Register Your License Plate
Carefully enter the plate linked to the vehicle you are parking.
4. Activate the Session
Finally, confirm activation. Keep your parking details accessible afterward.
loanDepot park Parking Prices and Reservations
Marlins parking prices change by game. Therefore, there is no single reliable rate for every date on the schedule.
The team states that advance purchase saves $5 compared with the daily parking rate. In addition, official prepaid parking is the method used to guarantee on-site parking.
However, prepaid parking does not assign an individual space. Instead, staff may direct vehicles according to traffic conditions.

Can You Buy Marlins Parking From Third Parties?
The Marlins warn that prepaid passes from third-party platforms are not valid at official ballpark parking facilities.
Therefore, purchase official prepaid parking through authorized Marlins channels. Also, check the final reservation details before paying.
If you did not prepay, the ballpark also provides instructions for paying and registering your plate through posted QR codes.
loanDepot park Rideshare and Public Transportation
Rideshare passengers should use the ballpark’s designated pickup area at East Lot 1, 1380 NW 6th Street. Therefore, avoid requesting pickup from an unrelated entrance.
Meanwhile, Culmer and Civic Center Metrorail stations are approximately one mile from the ballpark. Other local transit services also serve the area.
For this reason, public transportation may be worth comparing when you want to avoid on-site parking.
Kaseya Center Parking for Miami Heat Games
Kaseya Center sits in Downtown Miami at 601 Biscayne Boulevard. However, parking near the arena is different from stadium parking in a large surface lot.
The venue states that several nearby parking facilities have been permanently removed during downtown development. As a result, close parking may be limited on busy nights.
Therefore, compare an approved downtown garage before driving. In addition, check its walking route and operating hours.
Where to Reserve Kaseya Center Event Parking
Event parking is offered through downtown facilities. However, prices differ according to the garage, event, and availability.
Therefore, compare the total checkout price rather than choosing the first advertised rate. Also, check whether you can enter before the event begins.
The Kaseya Center parking page provides official directions and transportation information.
Using Metrorail and Metromover for Kaseya Center
Public transportation can reduce the need to search for downtown event parking. For example, Kaseya Center recommends a route through Government Center Station.
First, take Metrorail to Government Center. Next, transfer to the Metromover Omni Loop. Then, exit at Park West Station.
Finally, walk east toward Biscayne Boulevard. However, confirm the current return schedule before the event.
Is Free Parking Available Near Miami Stadiums?
Free parking can sound attractive before a game. However, a nearby street or empty business lot is not necessarily legal event parking.
For example, private-property rules and temporary traffic restrictions may apply. Therefore, always read posted signs before leaving your vehicle.
Free Parking Reality Check
Picking Someone Up After a Stadium Event
Pickup traffic can become crowded after a major game. Therefore, agree on the pickup point in advance.
For example, loanDepot park designates East Lot 1 for rideshare pickup. However, other venues may use different areas.
Next, check the event’s current pickup instructions. Finally, follow traffic officers and avoid stopping in restricted travel lanes.
Accessible Parking at Miami Sports Venues
Major Miami venues provide accessible parking options. However, spaces, passes, and entrance rules vary.
Therefore, review the accessibility instructions for your specific event. In addition, confirm the route from the parking facility to your seat.
At loanDepot park, accessible spaces are available within its parking facilities. Meanwhile, Nu Stadium offers designated accessible areas subject to availability.
How to Compare Stadium Parking Prices
A low advertised rate does not always mean the lowest total cost. Therefore, compare fees, distance, and transportation requirements together.
For example, an off-site lot may cost less but require a longer walk. Conversely, a nearby garage may be easier with children or luggage.
Pass and Fees
Check the final amount before paying.
Walk or Shuttle
Include transfer time in your arrival plan.
Exit Rules
Review closing times and postgame access.
Alternative Route
Save another approved option before leaving.
How Early Should You Arrive for Parking?
There is no universal arrival time for every Miami sports venue. Instead, check the specific event schedule.
Dolphins parking gates normally open four hours before kickoff. Meanwhile, Nu Stadium generally opens its lots three hours before kickoff.
Therefore, use the official schedule when planning your departure from home.
Your Game-Day Parking Plan
A simple plan can make the arrival less stressful. Therefore, complete these steps before driving.
First, Confirm the Venue
Check the correct stadium, event date, and start time.
Next, Review Parking
Buy the required pass and save your lot name.
Then, Follow Your Route
